Oneday, I was changing my DI designer appearance (moving standard toolbar from oneplace to another, project explorer window etc.,) somehow I got an error, I had to close the DI application window without saving any information. Nexttime when I logged into DI designer, I tried to drag my toolbar back to its original position, but it doesn’t dock into its original place.

I verified settings in Tool menu–> Options window, but couldn’t find any information regarding that. The next step I did, I compared my LINK_DIR\Bin directory\DIdesigner.INI file with original DIDesigner.INI file (backup of DIDeisgner.INI file). I tried to findout what values got changed, however so many values re changed, immediately without second thought, I restored back original DIDesigner.ini file . This small restoration reset the entire DI deisgner settings information now, I can able to see all toolbars in their respective positions.

This small tweak worked for me, So it’s better to have a copy of DIDesigner.INI file
